Shipping policy

We ship worldwide from the UK, except for the Dual Pocket Sleeves, which we are not able to ship to North America. 

Orders received before 2pm on Monday to Friday are usually shipped the same day. Orders received after 2pm and on weekends will be sent the next business day.

We use Royal Mail for shipping small orders up to 2kg. You can choose your shipping options at checkout.

We use a standard DHL service for larger orders over 2kg. Shipping time is 3-5 days.

Tariffs and Customs Charges

EU Customers: We collect EU VAT on orders under €150. This means EU customers should not incur additional customs duties. Please note that orders over €150 are not covered by this and may be subject to customs charges.

US Customers: We have absorbed the 10% tariff charge so that it won’t be passed on to you.

Rest Of The World: Please check the import taxes in your country in case additional charges apply.

Returns

If your Mint products have been received damaged or faulty in any way, please let us know within 14 days and we will refund or exchange them free of charge. You can do this using our contact form.

We do not accept returns if you have ordered in error or changed your mind.
