We no longer collect EU VAT in our shop. This is due to ongoing issues with the IOSS EU VAT system in many EU states. It's creating lots of extra work for us and frustrating customers so we have decided to stop collecting VAT until the system is working properly.
On the bright side it means that we can offer better shipping prices with DPD on orders over 2 kg.
Orders are held for 24 hours before the fulfilment process starts to allow customers to change or cancel the order.
Orders usually dispatch within 48 hours, but depending on order volume at the time it could take longer.
Orders are not fulfilled during weekend and bank holidays.
Please note that Royal Mail 24 and 48 refers to the transit time and not delivery time from when the order is being placed.
If you need the order urgently please drop us a line and we can fast track it. Usually that means that we can get it out the same day.
